How do you ship?

We ship using UPS, Fedex or United States Mail Priority. Packages ship out within 1-2 days and may take up to 10 days to receive.

Do you ship international and to APO addresses?

Customer is responsible for all charges and fees associated with the shipment of the paid product from www.inthebabysroom.com located in the United States and sent to a location in another country.  Those fees relevant and reasonable include: 

  • shipping charges from the US to and your country
  • all import duties and fees associated with the shipment
  • all Government tax structures that may be applied to the cost of the goods once received at an address in your country
  • if shipment is refused by customer, the customer is responsible for the duties and fees associated with leaving the US to your country and leaving your country going back to the US.
  • $15.00US re-stocking fee 

Return Policy

We strive to do our best in customer service. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange or refund your card within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at contact@inthebabysroom.com

After 15 days, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds/credits for shipping and handling charges.

All merchandise being returned must be in its original condition. This means it must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip and your reason for return.
